Detroit's NBA team will be the league's first with a courtside bar for those with top-price seats.

"Elevate your premium gameday experience ... in our new ultra-exclusive courtside club," the Pistons post with the preview renderings shown above and below. The Little Caesars Arena amenity will be added for the 2021-22 season starting Oct. 19. Fans can join an email signup list for details.

The full bar, located three rows behind the basket near the visitors' bench, will have "select liquor, house beer as well as [an] appetizer-style menu," the team says. There will be bartenders, but no table service, and it won't be set up during concerts or hockey games.

The lounge's main sponsor is CURE, a New Jersey-based vehicle insurer that's a newcomer in Michigan. Grey Goose Vodka is a presenting sponsor, Chad Livengood reports Sunday at Crain's Detroit Business.

Access is limited to high rollers with tickets in Rows 1-3, typically sold out far in advance. Courtside season ticket holders also get "access to premium events, including theme nights and networking events."

Full-season tickets in those rows are $13,860 to $72,600. Half-season seats in Rows 2 and 3 go for $7,035 to $8,715.
